You can use …
You can use physical keyswitches, or a Paxton access ‘energy saving’ card reader wired to a switch2 or net2 controller to isolate power.
In your case, you could just use a physical keyswitch, or simply re-locate the light switch in question to somewhere where it won’t be touched. (ie a closet or bedroom etc)

I tried to find something for you online but the closest I could find was a Dacor switchlock with mounting screws top and bottom.If this is something I really needed I would get me some plexiglass,pvc glue and some longer screws and make my own.Sorry could not be more help+++Bob

What about European light switches that don’t work like that?
They have a rocking plate on a square facia with the screw holes at the side instead of a protruding lever with the screw holes above and below.
