New for this year are the Cosmic Color Ribbon arches, 3 Pole Trees (2x 8′ trees and 1x 16′ tree with topper), a 9′ scrolling LED sign (visible on the left but not activated for the purposes of this video), complete LED conversion including the addition of cool white perimeters on all roofs.

In order to properly display our upgrades for this year, we took one of last year’s sequences and added in the new features. We hope you enjoy the arches and trees as much as we do

After the fireworks, I went out back to see watch Sandi’s lights one more time before heading to sleep for the night.
This is basically just a video showing the various strobing sequences just to give an idea of what the Tantrum Rock Light kit looks like.

NOTE: I did a partially unusual install. The pods just in front of the rear wheels are attached to brackets manufactured by my friend Kenny (Redcreeper), and are adjustable. The light pods just behind the front wheels are attached to a vehicle surface which allows them to point slightly inward. In this rock light kit project, it was more important to me to give my spotter a good view of what’s about to get hit by a rock underneath than for me (the driver) to see the obstacles I’m going over with the tires (though that’s important too, I wanted to make sure Sandi’s belly would be well lit – there’s still plenty of light for me to see obstacles as well).

Oh, something else, at some point, I might edit this video to add some kind of music to it, but for now, I’ll just upload it like this.

The Story Behind the Video:
The Houston Spanish Language Meetup rented a limousine to go to SW. To our surprise, there was a 3 hour wait time to get in. We weren’t expecting to get lucky, but we did! The police officer let us into SW, passing all those cars waiting to get in. ) We were extactic! Our limousine went through the “hayride line” haha We viewed amazing Christmas Lights for about 30 minutes. Here are a few clips from that night.
